(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes that it is its social responsibility to protect personal information obtained in the course of its business activities, and all of its employees will work to protect personal information in accordance with the following policy.

1. Content of Personal Information in this Policy

Personal Information" in this policy means information that identifies the Company's customers, shareholders, business associates, applicants for recruitment and recruiting activities (including internship applicants), and others (hereinafter referred to as "customers"). 4) Communications and responses to customer inquiries, complaints and dispute resolution.

The Company shall share personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described below in order to provide comprehensive services in an integrated and efficient manner in various businesses. The details of the shared use are as follows:

   In the event that the Company provides and shares personal data with the above companies, the Company shall be the company responsible for such shared data.

6. Protection of Personal Information

The Company shall take security measures and manage personal information appropriately to prevent its loss, destruction, falsification, leakage and unauthorized access.

7. Contents of Personal Data Held under this Policy

Retained personal data in this policy means personal data (personal information that constitutes a database or other information easily searchable for specific personal information) for which the Company has the authority to disclose, correct, add or delete the content, stop using, delete and stop providing it to third parties. However, this does not include data that is stipulated by law as being detrimental to the public interest or other interests if its presence or absence is known, or data that is to be deleted within six months.

The Company shall provide training to those who handle personal information, regularly check the handling of personal information, and review and improve its efforts to protect personal information from time to time.
